🛡️ Child Safety Standards

Our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) · Last updated: 29 September 2026

Zero tolerance

Heyy (operated by Codepluse) has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and any content or behaviour that endangers minors. Heyy is an adults-only platform for users 18 years and older. This page describes the standards and measures we maintain to prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE, in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable law.

1. Our commitments

2. Age assurance

Users must confirm they are 18 or older to register. We use profile signals and moderation to identify and remove suspected underage accounts. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed immediately.

3. Prevention & detection

4. Reporting & response

Every user can report or block another user directly from their profile or during a call. Reports involving suspected CSAE are treated as the highest priority. When we identify CSAE, we:

Report CSAE to us: Email childsafety@testcode.space or use the in-app Report option. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

5. Point of contact

Our designated child-safety contact for questions, reports, and requests from authorities:

Child Safety Team, Heyy (Codepluse)
Email: childsafety@testcode.space

6. Compliance

These standards are maintained in accordance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable laws on the protection of minors. We review and update them regularly.
